Lived experience
I’m also ADHD- Many clients say it’s a relief to work with someone who “gets it” and won’t pathologize the ways their minds have learnt to cope over the years.
A neuro-affirming, parts-aware style (IFS)
You’re not broken—you’re a whole person with different parts that learned to protect you: For example the driver part who never rests, the avoider part who freezes before an overwhelming task, the perfectionist part who wants it “just right.”
Together we meet the parts of you with curiosity, help them soften, and let your steadier core self lead the way.
‘No bad parts’ is a great introductory book if you want to learn more about the Internal Family Systems model (IFS).
No prior understanding of therapy needed to begin sessions; the language is kept simple and we go at your pace.
